How the MiamiDadeTech website handles information and minimizes unnecessary data collection.
Last updated: August 11, 2026.
Overview
MiamiDadeTech operates this website as an informational and business-consulting site. We intentionally keep the site simple and minimize the information collected through it.
Information you choose to send
The consultation form on this site does not submit information to a website database. It prepares a draft message in your own email application. Information is transmitted only if you choose to send that email. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in the message and use it to respond to the inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain business records, and protect our systems and rights.
Do not include passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, protected health information, private keys, or other credentials or highly sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
As of the date above, MiamiDadeTech's website code does not intentionally set browser cookies and does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or cross-site tracking. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
Infrastructure and security logs
Like most internet services, hosting, network, DNS, content-delivery, and security providers may automatically process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or device information, referral information, and security-event data. Providers may also use strictly necessary security controls, including challenge or abuse-prevention mechanisms, if enabled. These infrastructure functions are separate from advertising or behavioral tracking.
How long information is kept
Business correspondence and related records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received, legitimate business and security needs, contractual requirements, and applicable legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period where business or legal needs differ.
Third parties
We may use service providers necessary to operate communications, hosting, DNS, security, and other business functions. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
Children
This business-to-business consulting website is not directed to children and is not intended to collect personal information from children.
Your choices and questions
You may contact us at consult@miamidadetech.com with a privacy question or request concerning information you have provided to us. We may need enough information to verify and respond to a request appropriately.
Changes
We may update this notice when the site, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
